At Moravia Health, we believe in caring for each of our clients as if they were a part of our own family. Our expectations of quality are reflected in the way we hire our employees and in the way we care for the patient. Each patient is treated according to his or her individual needs.
After a free evaluation, we discuss the plan of care with the patient and family. We continuously monitor the care by communicating with the patient and family. The doctor’s information is kept on file, and we stay in touch with our patient’s health providers. Our dedicated staff is on call 24 hours a day.
Homecare services are provided with compassion and dignity to all clients. Moravia Health shall make available and provide services to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, age, marital status, status with regard to public assistance or veteran status, in compliance with 45 CFR Parts 80, 84, and 91, respectively. All services are available without distinction to all program participants, regardless of diagnosis. Moravia Health shall not deny admission to people with a contagious disease, including, but not limited to, HIV, MRSA, and Hepatitis. All persons and organizations that either refer persons for services or recommend the agency’s services shall also be advised of same.
