Moravia Health’s Annual Backpack Giveaway covered by WHTM ABC27

Moravia Health is back in the press, being covered for its philanthropic efforts out of its Harrisburg office.

As a joint event of Moravia Health and Moravia Cares, the former providing backpacks and school supplies and the latter providing bags of food and toiletries, it was a needed boost to vulnerable segments preparing for the school year.

Quoting from the article, ‘What we do is listen to the community, so we help the most in need. We get requests for specific items for specific things. That’s what we do,” Tish Jackson from Moravia Health said.’
